Settings:-

Basic Settings:

1) Basic:

Choose your website or blog title which suits your blog best. Then write the exact description or information about your blog or the topic.

2) HTTPS Redirect:

Always choose the 'HTTPS' redirect option to make your website or blog more secure and it will gain the trust of the visitors also to browse in your blog without worrying. Advance SEO Settings in Blogger.

3) Enabling The Meta Tag Search Description:

This Meta Tag description will be visible or can be seen by the Google Crawls only, and through this, they can get the info about your blog or topic. This description will help Google to find your blog.

4) Enabling Custom Robot txt:

Choose the correct options which will help the Google Robots to find your pages and post in your blog.

Copy this code and paste it in the custom robot txt.

Replace the 'Yoursite.com' with your site domain.

5) Enabling Custom Robots Header Tag:

Formats of indexing the Homepage, Search pages and post and pages. Select the following options as shown in the below image.

These are the advanced settings for the bloggers which should be done in your blogger dashboard to get the maximum traffic

A) Adding your website to Google Search Console:

Go to the settings in your Blogger Dashboard.
Click on the search preference.
Click on the option called 'Edit' which is located in front of the google search console text or line

1) Add a Property: (Adding your website)

Now you have to click on the "Add a Property" option to add your website or blog to the google search console. It will help you guys to rank your website in the massive competition.

2) Submitting your website:

Now here type your website or blog URL to submit it to the google search console.

4) Copy the HTML Tag:

Now you have click on the 'HTML Tag' heading and then copy the provided "HTML Code".

5) Paste the copied code in your Blog Template:

Go to your blogger dashboard, click on the 'theme' option, then click on the 'edit theme' to open the HTML section of your theme. Click in the 'HTML' area. Now press 'CTRL + F' on your keyboard (a search box will then appears). Type "<head>" in the search box. you have to paste the "HTML Tag" (which you have copied) just below the "<head>".

6) Verify your Property:

Click on the verify option in the Google Search Console after pasting the HTML code below the <head>. Once you click the 'Verify' option, then a new window will get open like you are now seeing in the below image.

7) Submit the Sitemap:

Now come to your Google Search Console Dashboard. Click on the "Crawls" option in the left sidebar of Google Search Console and then click on the "Sitemap" option to get started. Then click on the option which says "Add/Test Sitemap" in the top right corner.

8) Writing - Sitemap.xml:

Once you have click on the button, then type "sitemap.xml" in the type box. that is 'at the end of your website URL'.

For Example https://yoursite.blogspot.com/sitemap.xml After typing "sitemap.xml", click on the 'Submit' button.

9) Sitemap Submitted Successfully:

B) Robot txt Tester - Copy the Text:

Now you have to go to the "Robot txt Tester" option located in the left sidebar of the google search console. From here just copy all text.

Note: Perform this if you don't want to perform the "Step No 4 In The Basic SEO Settings"(above step).

Go to the Blogger Dashboard.
Click on the Settings.
Then on the Search Preference.
Click the Edit option just in front of "Custom Robot txt" text or line.
Checkmark the option called 'Yes'.
Paste the copied text)which you have copied from the Google Search Console) in the box.

C) Meta Tag Generators:

1) Search the Google:

Search in Google for the meta tag generator for your blogger website to generate a Meta Tag.

2) Add your Info:

Now add the info that is your blog title, description, keywords, etc. And copy the codes which the meta tag generator generates for you.

3) Paste the codes in your Template:

Go to your theme HTML area and paste the codes just below the <head> tag. Also below your Google Search Console and Yahoo verification codes.

Add Custom Domain Name to your Blogger Website:

1) Setup a third party URL for the Blogger:

First, go to the blogger dashboard.
Click on the settings.
Click on Basic.
Now here just you need to click on the "Setup third party URL".

2) Your Custom URL:

3) Go to your Custom Domain Provider:

There you have to add the "CNAME Record in DNS Setting" of your custom domain.

The CNAME Record will be provided by the blogger. You have to copy the Records and just paste them in your DNS Settings of your Custom Domain Provider.

Click the "save" button after 20 to 30 minutes to save your settings.

4) Domain Successfully Updated:

You domain name is now successfully updated.

Submit Sitemap to Bing Webmaster Tool

1) Go to the Bing Webmaster Tool and Sign-up: Advance SEO Settings In Blogger :

Search in the google for the bing webmaster tool and then click on the first link to get access to the bing webmaster tool.

After going to the Bing Webmaster tool simply Sign-up there first.

2) Fill all the Info in the Form:

Now here fill the form to get started and input all the info about your website which the Bing webmaster wants from you.

Then Click on the "Save" Button.

3) Copy the Meta Tag:

Now copy the Meta Tag provided by the Bing Webmaster Tool.

4) Paste the Code:

Now you need to paste the copied code in your blogger template or the HTML area of your blogger. Paste the code just below the <head> tag as shown.

5) Click on Verify: Advance SEO Setting In Blogger

Now click on the verify button after pasting the code in the HTML area of your blogger template, to verify your website.

6) Submit Sitemap:

Now go tot he dashboard of the Bind Webmaster Tool and click on the Submit a Sitemap. Advance SEO Settings in Blogger.

Type the URL of your blog and add the"sitemap.xml' at the end of your URL and then click "submit".

Submit Sitemap to Yandex Webmaster Tool

1) Search the Google for Yandex Webmaster Tool:

Search in the Google for the Yandex Webmaster Tool to get access to the tools.

2) Sign-in:

Now sign-in with your Google Account.

Click I'm new here.

3) Add your website:

Now add your website to the Yandex Webmaster Tool.

Write your website URL in the box to add it and click the "Add" button.

4) Copy the Meta Tag:

Copy the Meta Tag provided by the Yandex Webmaster Tool.

Now go to the blogger dashboard and paste the copied code into the blogger template just below the <head> tag.

5) Verify:

After pasting the code in the blogger template, then you have to click on the "Verify" button to verify your website.

6) Submit Sitemap:

Go to the Indexing - then click on sitemap files, write your website URL and write "sitemap.xml" at the end of your website URL. And then click "Add".
